Squat Workshop

Novice and intermediate squatters are welcome to come to this squat workshop. We'll be focusing on the three main variations of squats with barbells: low bar back squat, high bar back squat, and front squat. We'll break down the science behind how you do them and why they are beneficial to add to your program.
