ISSA invites international undergraduate and graduate students and their families to use our free transportation shuttle to Target on Thursday, August 21, 2025.
The shuttle will depart from the Hesburgh Library Circle at the time listed below. Be sure to be at the bus a few minutes before the departure times you have signed up for.
The drive to Target can vary from 15-25 minutes. You will have approximately one hour and 30 minutes to shop and checkout, so plan accordingly.
