This stop-motion animated film grew from Tim Burton's poem about the whiplash switch from Halloween to Christmas. It took a team of roughly 100 people about three years to film this combination of oogie boogie and Oingo Boingo. It follows the misadventures and music of Jack Skellington, Halloweentown's beloved pumpkin king, who gets a new lease on life when he plots to bring Christmas under his control by kidnapping Santa Claus.
