If You Think This Is Pop

The Snite Museum of Art presents If You Think This Is Pop, a contemporary dance performance by dancer/choreographer Abby Marchesseault, to celebrate and explore the artistic legacy of Jim Dine. Responding to Dine's language of color with the language of movement, the performance dives into the deeply personal and autobiographical elements of Dine's work, as well his artistic process, and connects them to moments from the dancer's own life—and invites audiences to do the same.
