Introductory workshops are open to any Notre Dame student, faculty, staff, retiree, or spouse. All ages and skill levels are welcome. Registration will open on RecRegister 72 hours prior to the event start time. Limited spots available. Click here to register.

About Squash

This beginner Squash class is targeted at those who have never played the sport before. Squash is a non-contact racquet sport played in a four-walled court. Topics covered will range from holding racquets, learning the rules of the sport, and basic technique drills to culminate to playing full games.
