Yoga in Italy is the practice of yoga, and is done for exercise, therapy, or relaxation. Join us for Yoga in Italian, as we work to help you stretch, strengthen and relax in a welcoming atomsphere for all.
Bring a mat, and, if you have them, bring your one or two blocks (or books of the same size), a strap, and a sweatshirt or blanket for the final relaxation. These are not required.
