There are many things going on in the world that are stressing us out. Getting a handle on your stress can help you emotionally, physically, and mentally. In this workshop you will learn: 

• Relaxation and imagery exercises, powerful tools for dealing with stress and anxiety • Techniques for dealing with stressors before, during, and after they present themselves
