The Family Resource Center is sponsoring a one hour drop-in group open to all ND students who are expecting or parenting newborns up to the age of 1 and spouses. It is intended to be place dedicated to hearing the concerns and challenges you deal with as student parents. This group will offer the opportunity for pregnant and parenting students to connect, develop support networks and build community.…
The Notre Dame Community Choir serves the Basilica of the Sacred Heart at the University of Notre Dame. The Choir is comprised of men and women of all ages from the greater South Bend community as well as students, faculty, and staff from the University. This choir provides music for the 10 a.m. Sunday Mass in the Basilica during the summer from May 26 through July 28. Weekly rehearsals are held Thursdays from 6:00-7:30 p.m. beginning May 23. All Notre Dame students are invited to donate their personal belongings to benefit local non-profit service organizations. On Saturday, June 8, Notre Dame will host its annual Old 2 Gold yard sale where student donations will be sold at a very low cost to local community members. Volunteers from local service organizations sort through all of the donations, set up the items for sale and then operate the sale where thousands of local community members purchase donated items.
