About Power Vinyasa Yoga
Power Vinyasa Yoga will incorporate breath to movement flows through heat building sun salutations, as well as, strength building, balance and some inversion play. It is designed to challenge you to go to your personal edge and explore. Modifications will be offered throughout class and all levels are welcome.
